Americano Red Campari Amaro Red Sweet Vermouth Soda Water Iced Cocktail

The smoother Italian cousin of the Negroni, the Americano is another classic aperitivo. This cocktail leans heavily on the bitter fruitiness of Campari without the stiffness of gin that’s called for in its cousin. It is easy sipping and a refreshing choice following a sun-soaked afternoon.

Ingredients

1.5 oz AMARO, Campari preferred
1.5 oz SWEET VERMOUTH
1 oz SODA WATER, To top
