Although Angel’s Share conventionally refers to the portion of whiskey that evaporates, it is also the name of an extraordinary Cognac cocktail. This delightful blend combines the tangy essence of citrus fruits with the velvety notes of cognac, complemented by a gentle touch of vanilla from the Spanish spiced vanilla liqueur, Licor 43.
