Aperol Negroni Bitter Italian Amaro Gin Sweet Vermouth Iced Cocktail

Some say bitterness makes the Negroni but we like the Aperol Negroni for its slightly less bitter taste ourselves. While the classic is traditionally made with Campari, we swapped it out with the slightly sweeter Aperol.

1 oz AMARO, Aperol
1 oz GIN
1 oz SWEET VERMOUTH
