Bushwick Cocktail With Rye Whiskey Sweet Vermouth Maraschino Liqueur And Amer Picon

The Bushwick is a blend of two classic Manhattan ingredients – rye and sweet vermouth – with a twist from Luxardo maraschino liqueur and Amer Picon, a bitter orange liqueur. First crafted by veteran bartender, Philip Ward, in 2009. It is inspired by one of Brooklyn’s most iconic neighborhoods.

Since Amer Picon can be difficult to find, Amaro Lucano and Amaro Montenegro make suitable substitutes.
