Champagne Holiday Punch With Genever Orange Liqueur Champagne And Pineapple

Make the holidays memorable with your guests by making them happy with this Champagne Holiday Punch. Free up your time to socialize by making this easy to make large batch recipe ahead of time. Presentation and preservation are also key to keep guests returning to a bowl of punch. Simply prepare a large block of ice ahead of serving by freezing water in a bunt cake pan or shallow bowl. The slower the ice melts, the longer the punch will last.

This Champagne Holiday Punch by Erick Castro of San Francisco’s Polite Provisions is the ideal blend of holiday flavors. Nutty genever is the choice spirit here, but the recipe can handle just about any spirit, such as whiskey or brandy. Similarly, Champagne can be substituted for any dry sparkling wine and Cointreau for dry triple sec or another orange liqueur. However you choose to make this punch recipe, it is sure to be a crowd pleasing holiday favorite.
