Coquito Condensed Milk Coconut Milk Rum Egg Yolk Vanilla Frozen Puerto Rican Cocktail

Also known as Puerto Rican Eggnog, coquito means “Little Coconut.” It is the traditional Christmas drink in Puerto Rico where it originated. However, little else is known about the drink’s true origin with different variations found around the Caribbean. It joins its more well known fruity cousin the Piña Colada, Puerto Rico’s national drink.

Ingredients

14 oz CONDENSED MILK
16 oz RUM
2 whole EGG YOLK
28 oz COCONUT MILK
1 tbsp VANILLA EXTRACT, To taste
