The Division Bell is a mezcal-and-Aperol riff on the classic Last Word. Created by veteran bartender Phil Ward, who spent considerable time experimenting with agave-based spirits, who also developed the Oaxaca Old Fashioned. It is a smoky bitter-sweet cocktail that is both part Naked & Famous (also agave-Aperol based) and part Ultima Palabra (agave-maraschino liqueur based).
