Drifter Cocktail With Japanese Whisky Amaro Nonino Bianco Vermouth And Peychaud'S Bitters

The Drifter, created at ABV in San Francisco, is a delightful blend of Japanese whisky, blanc vermouth, Amaro Nonino, and Peychaud’s bitters, served with a grapefruit twist. Japanese whisky is noted for its floral, fruity, and subtly smoky profile. If you’re unable to find it, you might consider trying Westland American Oak Single Malt as a fine American alternative, or the more commonly available Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch.
