Fumata Bianca is a drink that will quench your thirst and refresh you with its sweet, herbal, and smoky taste. Meaning “white smoke” in Italian, it has a smoky aroma that complements its other intriguing flavors. This aperitivo was created by Timothy Miner in New York in 2016, and contains gentian liqueur such as Suze or Salers, bianco vermouth, mezcal and club soda. It’s a perfect cocktail for mezcal lovers who aren’t looking for a spirit-forward or citrusy-sweet drink.
