Created by Audrey Saunders as a gateway gin drink for vodka lovers, the Gin-Gin Mule quickly became an iconic drink on the Pegu Club’s menu. It’s essentially a gin Mojito with the addition of ginger beer, combining it with lime juice, mint, and gin. It joins other ginger beer crowd pleasers like the Dark ‘n’ Stormy (rum), Moscow Mule (vodka), and Kentucky Mule (bourbon).
