Gold Rush Cocktail With Bourbon Lemon Juice And Honey Syrup

In the early days of the cocktail renaissance, the Gold Rush made a splash on the scene. First created at New York’s famous Milk & Honey bar. Its simple three-ingredient formula fueled its nationwide spread.

The Gold Rush has all the feel of a pre-Prohibition classic and closely resembles the Bee’s Knees. Sweet-smoky Bourbon is mixed with honey syrup and cut by zesty lemon juice. Its perfectly balanced flavors might just make you feel like you’ve struck gold with this one.
