High Noon Cocktail With Mezcal Campari Amaro Combier Orange Liqueur Pink Grapefruit Juice

Best described as a cross between a Paloma and a Margarita with a splash of Campari. Sounds complex? We know. The High Noon swaps tequila for smoky mezcal, and combines Campari with pink grapefruit juice, orange liqueur, and lime juice. It’s a creation from the now-shuttered Empellón Cucina in New York City. However, the cocktail lives on as a completely unique creation on its own.

Ingredients

1.5 oz MEZCAL
.5 oz AMARO, Campari
.5 oz ORANGE LIQUEUR, Preferably Combier
