I'M On Fire Cocktail With Mezcal Hot Sauce Pineapple Juice Lime Juice And Honey Syrup

In response to the Spicy Margarita, Sarah Morrissey created this fiery mezcal cocktail. The aptly named, I’m On Fire cocktail, swaps tequila for its smoky agave cousin, mixes it with hot sauce and fresh pineapple and lime juices. Its flavor zesty-fruity with a serious peppery-smoky kick.

Ingredients

2 dash(es) HOT SAUCE, Preferably Cholula
1 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
.5 oz LIME JUICE, Freshly squeezed
.75 oz HONEY, syrup (2:1, honey:water)
2 oz MEZCAL
