Macua Guava Rum Lemon Juice Cocktail

Recognized as the national drink of Nicaragua, this drink is named after the Pajaro Macuá, a tropical bird native to the country. This cocktail won “The Nacional Drink Contest” that was organized to look for a drink that inspires national identity. The use of guava juice makes this a unique cocktail that exudes a similar tropical attitude of the better known Piña Colada.
