The Naked and Famous was created in 2011 by Joaquín Símo at New York’s Death & Co.. It is equal parts mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and lime juice. This cocktail is a riff on the classic equal-parts sour Last Word, which also inspired Sam Ross’s Paper Plane.
