Philadelphia Fish House Punch With Cognac Peach Brandy Black Tea Dark Rum Sugar And Lemon

This punch’s potency makes it ideal for lazy summer afternoons or when heated for cozy winter weekends. The Philadelphia Fish House Punch was created by a group of colonial Americans who founded the pre-revolution social club, the Schuylkill Fishing Company of Pennsylvania, known as the “Fish House.” It’s a strong concoction of rum, Cognac, and peach brandy with sugar, lemons, and black tea.

Note, this is a large batch recipe that serves up to 10.

Ingredients

2 cups DARK RUM
1 cups COGNAC, Or brandy
1/4 cups BRANDY, Peach flavored
