Presbyterian Cocktail With Scotch Bourbon Or Rye And Ginger Ale With Soda Water

The Presbyterian cocktail is essentially an elevated Scotch and soda with the addition of ginger ale. The drink is named after the Presbyterian church, which originated in Scotland. For this fact, Scotch should be used rather than bourbon, rye, or any other whisk(e)y. Its Highball formula makes it a light, refreshing, and low-proof libation perfect for enjoying all year round.
