Ritz Cocktail With Cognac Orange Liqueur Lemon Juice Maraschino Liqueur And Champagne

The Ritz cocktail was invented in the mid-1980s by Dale DeGroff, the father of modern mixology. Created during his tenure at Aurora, it became famous later while on the menu at New York’s Rainbow Room. The cocktail is made with cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, and topped off with Champagne. The Ritz is an elegant cocktail that has a delicious and sophisticated combination of flavors.

Ingredients

.75 oz COGNAC
.5 oz ORANGE LIQUEUR
.25 oz LEMON JUICE, Freshly squeezed
.25 oz MARASCHINO LIQUEUR
2 oz CHAMPAGNE, To top
