Snake Eyes Cocktail With Mezcal Coconut Water Lime Juice Cane Syurp And Banana Liqueur

Inspired by a Caribbean classic, the simple composition of Scotch and coconut water. The Snake Eyes swaps Scotch for smoky mezcal and builds off the agave spirit with other island flavors. Created by Robby Dow and Ally Marrone of Grand Army in Brooklyn, New York. It adds citrus and a splash of banana liqueur to enhance its tropical profile.

Ingredients

1.5 oz MEZCAL
2 oz COCONUT WATER
.25 oz LIME JUICE, Freshly squeezed
.5 oz CANE SYRUP
1 tsp BANANA LIQUEUR
