Tipperary Irish Whiskey Sweet Vermouth Green Chartreuse Bitters Cocktail

The Tipperary is a riff on both the Bijou (for the use of sweet vermouth and green chartreuse) and the Manhattan (for the use of whiskey and sweet vermouth). While not as popular as its fellow classics, the drink has been around for quite some time with its first recording in 1916. The key ingredient here is Irish Whiskey, as its name is inspired by a song that dreams of the Emerald Isle.
