White Negroni Sbagliato

White Negroni Sbagliato Cocktail With Suze Dry Vermouth And Prosecco

The original Negroni Sbagliato was a happy accident on the classic Negroni. What we have here with the White Negroni Sbagliato is a riff on an accidental riff. This spritz, however, was no mistake and is a great improvement on an already great cocktail. Created by Toby Cecchini, it combines herbal Suze with bianco vermouth, which is sweeter than dry vermouth, and tops it off with sparkling wine. It’s a fresh and herbaceous aperitivo that’s a lighter alternative to the already fair White Negroni.
