Yellow Cocktail With London Dry Gin, Yellow Chatreuse, Suze Gentian Liqueur, And Lemon Juice

This Yellow cocktail can be found at Cravan, a classic cocktail bar in Paris that specializes in French creations. It is also featured in owner Franck Audoux’s book, French Moderne, where he reveals that the combination of London dry gin, Suze, and yellow Chartreuse was a popular mixed drink enjoyed along France’s Côte d’Azur. The name of the drink is derived from the color of its main ingredients. Audoux enhances the cocktail with lemon juice, adding a sour twist that transforms it into a mellower version of the Last Word.
