Yellowbelly Wine Punch With Aperol Amaro, Gin, Lemon Juice, Grapefruit Juice, And Champagne

The Yellowbelly Wine Punch is inspired by a summer favorite, the Aperol Spritz. It builds off the classic’s Aperol and Champagne formula and adds zesty lemon juice, tart grapefruit juice, and gin. Created by Tim Wiggins of St. Louis’s Yellowbelly. It’s simply made and uses household ingredients, making it ideal for holiday entertaining.

Serves 15

Ingredients

15 oz GIN, Preferably a mild gin like Plymouth
7 oz AMARO, Aperol
7 oz LEMON JUICE, Freshly squeezed
7 oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
7 oz SIMPLE SYRUP, 1:1 water to sugar ratio
10 oz SPARKLING WINE, Brut (dry)
