It&#8217;s a refreshing rendition of the traditional buck with the addition of strawberry and fresh lemon juice. These make this bourbon-based cocktail ideal for enjoying on a lazy summer afternoon.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Kentucky Buck is slightly reminiscent of the gin-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theshakencocktail.com\/recipe\/florodora\/\" data-type=\"recipe\" data-id=\"5718\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Florodora<\/a>, which mixes muddled raspberries with fresh lime juice and ginger ale.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We admit that there\u2019s hardly anything &#8220;Kentucky&#8221; about this drink when the bourbon is removed.
