Cable Car Cocktail With Spiced Rum, Orange Liqueur, Lemon Juice, And Simple Syrup

Tony Abou-Ganim crafted the Cable Car, an exquisite concoction that became the star attraction at the renowned Starlight Room. With a nod to the classic Brandy Crusta of the 19th century with its sugar rim, this drink bears a striking resemblance to its modern counterpart, the Sidecar. Undoubtedly, the Cable Car stands as Tony’s most renowned and beloved original creation.
