Meagan Dorman of Raine’s Law Room in New York, swaps out the Jungle Bird’s Campari for Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and adds a kick of ancho chile powder sprinkled on top. It’s a streamlined tropical cocktail with an intriguing spicy-citrus flavor.
