Jasmine Cocktail With Gin Orange Liqueur Campari And Lemon Juice

Paul Harrington concocted the Jasmine, a delightful libation, in honor of his dear architectural school buddy, Matt Jasmin. While slinging drinks at the Townhouse, Jasmin playfully challenged Harrington with the words, “Make me something you’ve never made before.” Inspired by the classic Pegu Club, Harrington decided to shake things up by swapping out Angostura bitters for Campari and opting for tangy lemon juice over lime. A single sip of this exquisite beverage, garnished with a twist of lemon, reveals its stunning rosy hue.
