Aperol Margarita Bitter Italian Amaro Tequila Elderflower Saint Germain Lime Juice Salt Shaken Cocktail

The addition of amaro in this Aperol Margarita makes it slightly bitter and herbaceous compared to the typically citrus heavy classic. Its flavor is nicely balanced and visually brilliantly hued. The decision to salt or not to salt the rim is entirely up to you.

Ingredients

1.5 oz REPOSADO TEQUILA
1 oz AMARO, Aperol
.5 oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
.5 oz LIME JUICE, Fresh is best
