A brunch classic that has countless variations. The Bloody Mary is a preferred drink of many to start their weekend with the hair of the dog, a dose of vitamin C, and a bit of spice. Canadians have their own version of a bloody brunch cocktail called the Caesar, it uses clamato juice instead of the standard tomato juice here.
Ingredients
2 oz
VODKA
4 oz
TOMATO JUICE
.5 oz
LEMON JUICE, Fresh is best
.5 tsp
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 oz
HOT SAUCE, or horseradish, add for desired spiciness
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
2. Shaken gently and strain over ice into highball glass
