Flatiron Martini Cocktail With Dry Gin Bianco Vermouth And Orange Liqueur

The Flatiron Martini was born in the early days of the cocktail Renaissance by Julie Reiner of New York’s now shuttered Flatiron Lounge. In 2003, flavorless vodka was the spirit of choice by most bar-goers, which gave rise to vodka Martinis. In this 50/50 variation, void of any gin, vodka and bianco vermouth are equal parts with a rinse of orange liqueur.

Ingredients

1.5 oz VODKA
1.5 oz BIANCO/BLANC VERMOUTH, Substitute Lillet Blanc
.25 oz ORANGE LIQUEUR, Preferably Cointreau
