The Frisky Whiskey cocktail is a unique riff on the classic Irish whiskey sour. The cocktail combines ingredients like honey liqueur, Angostura bitters and orange juice to create a refreshing sweet and sour drink. Created by Allen Katz, bartender and co-founder of New York Distilling Company. For the honey liqueur, Katz uses Bärenjäger, a German liqueur made with real honey, which is used in other cocktails like the Bee Sting. For an authentically Irish Frisky Whiskey, try Celtic Honey, which is made with entirely Irish ingredients.
