This derby worthy cocktail takes the widely popular Moscow Mule and swaps out vodka for bourbon. The Kentucky Mule fittingly uses the state’s iconic spirit and combines it with ginger beer and lime juice. It is also not unlike a Dark ‘n’ Stormy that uses dark rum as its base and mixes it with ginger beer and lime juice.
