The Mountain Man is a peachy Whiskey Sour with a ginger kick. Created by Natasha David of New York’s Nitecap bar. David combines bourbon with Gifford Pêche de Vigne, maple syrup, ginger syrup, and lemon juice. Some adapted versions of this bourbon cocktail add an egg white for a smoother finish. In this case, all ingredients are finished with a dry shake to achieve that frothy top.
