Seelbach Cocktail With Bourbon Orange Liqueur Angostura Bitters Peychaud'S Bitters And Champagne

First created in the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, the Seelbach cocktail has become a staple in bars all over the world. Named after the hotel, it is composed of bourbon, orange liqueur, Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters and topped with Champagne. The two types of bitters are what give the drink its distinct flavor, which differs from many other bourbon cocktails. The combination of all ingredients makes for a complex and sophisticated drink that is sure to please any connoisseur of fine spirits.
