This cocktail is inspired by the modern classic White Negroni, the fairer cousin to the famously bitter Negroni. Created by Orlando Franklin McCray of Brooklyn’s Nightmoves bar. McCray’s twist mixes Salers, instead of a traditional Suze, and uses blanc vermouth as opposed to Lillet blanc, then tops it with tonic water. Garnishing with a lemon wedge brings freshness and bright citrus notes.
