Also known as the Papa Doble, the Hemingway Daiquiri was thought of by none other than Ernest Hemingway himself. While in Cuba, at the Floridita, he tried their signature daiquiri and asked for no sugar and double the rum. The recipe later evolved to include grapefruit juice.
