Mimosa Orange Juice Sparkling Champagne Brunch Flute Cocktail

There is hardly any other more ubiquitous brunch cocktail than the Mimosa. The two-ingredient cocktail is composed of sparkling wine and orange juice. The mixture’s origin is hard to pin down, but the common equal parts recipe is said to have been created in 1925 at The Ritz Hotel in Paris.

Ingredients

2.5 oz CHAMPAGNE, Or dry sparkling wine
2.5 oz ORANGE JUICE

Directions

1. Pour orange juice into champagne flute

2. Slowly add Champagne to glass

3. Garnish with a strawberry, if desired
