The Prophet In Plain Clothes cocktail is rich and complex concoction. It’s a heady mixture of peaty single malt Scotch, Fernet-Branca, sweet vermouth, and an additional amaro. The bitter herbeous and dry elements of fernet are well matched with the heavily peated Scotch. Created by Kraig Rovensky of Seattle’s Life on Mars bar, Rovensky campares its smoky and bitter flavors to that of the classic Rob Roy.
