The Americano is a refreshingly low-alcohol drink. In this white version, Bartender Tristan Willey’s Suzie Americano combines a fragrant and low-alcohol herbal spirit from Switzerland called Suze, with bianco vermouth. The resulting cocktail is perfect for aperitivo hour: light, floral and elegant.
