William Wallace Cocktail With Scotch Sherry And Sweet Vermouth

The William Wallace cocktail pays tribute to the renowned Scottish figure, Sir William Wallace, who played a significant role in the First War of Scottish Independence during the 14th century. Much like the Rob Roy and Bobby Burns who are also named for Scottish heroes for their use of Scotch whisky. This adaptation by Joe Schofield of Manchester substitutes sweet vermouth with PX sherry and adds a touch of orange bitters.

Ingredients

1.5 oz BLENDED SCOTCH
